For Admins:
Go to help.sparkplug.app, if you are brought to a screen with no articles (like the below), that means you are not logged in.
Click the hyperlink 'SparkPlug Login" and login with your credentials.
Once logged in, you will be brought to a screen that will have articles based on your admin type (brands will see SparkPlug for Brands, retailers will see SparkPlug for Retailers).
For Employees:
Go to help.sparkplug.app, if you are brought to a screen with no articles, that means you are not logged in.
Click the hyperlink 'SparkPlug Login". From here, you will be brought to the below screen. Click the "Store Employee Login" that is highlighted in green.
Enter your phone number
You will be prompted to enter the verification code that was sent via SMS.
Navigating back to help.sparkplug.app, you will be able to see all articles for employees!
