To help you get started, explore the examples below and try creating a few of your own. It’s much less intimidating than starting from a blank canvas.

🧩 TEMPLATE: “Quick Knowledge Refresher” Course

Purpose

A short, interactive refresher quiz designed to reinforce key facts or product knowledge. Great for fast learning moments or product updates.

1. Intro

  • Short, engaging title that hints at a challenge or knowledge check.
    Example: “How Well Do You Know [Product/Topic]?”

  • Optional subtitle that sets context or defines the learning goal.
    Example: “A Quick Refresher on [Key Feature/Topic].”

2. Question 1

  • A simple factual or recall question.
    Example: “How long does it typically take [Product] to take effect?”

  • 2–4 concise answer options.

  • One correct answer that leads into a short explanation in the next step.

3. Answer 1 / Explanation

  • Restate the correct answer clearly.

  • Follow with 2–4 sentences of explanatory text that connect to why it matters.

  • Keep the tone friendly and conversational.

Example:
“Correct! [Product] is designed for rapid onset because of its unique delivery method. Traditional products can take much longer to activate.”

4. Question 2

  • Another key concept or feature check.
    Example: “What type of [ingredient/feature] does [Product] use?”

  • Options can test understanding of process or science behind it.

5. Explanation / Comparison

  • Use short, clear language to contrast concepts or outcomes.
    Example:
    “Smoking or vaping delivers effects within minutes.
    Traditional edibles take longer to digest before activating.”

  • Great spot to emphasize differentiation or teach a core takeaway.

7. Wrap-Up

  • Provide a 2–3 sentence recap of the key learning from the whole quiz.
    Example:
    “[Product] offers a fast-acting, short-duration experience that fits users who want quick results they can manage easily.”

  • Optional call to action: “Learn more,” “Explore related topics,” or “Take the next course.”

  • Start with the brand name and tagline or key message.

  • Briefly summarize the brand’s essence — what it stands for, who it’s for, or what it’s known for.

  • Keep it positive and memorable.

  • Outline what sets the brand apart in a few concise sentences.

  • Keep this at a “retail knowledge” level — educational but digestible.

5. Knowledge Check: Brand Familiarity Quiz

Purpose

Purpose

Introduce learners to the full range of a brand’s products, highlighting the purpose, effects, and key differences across SKUs.

1. Introduction

  • Briefly introduce the brand’s full product line or family of products.

  • Set the goal: help learners understand how each product fits within the overall lineup.

2. Product Categories or Effects

  • Group products by purpose, strain type, or category (e.g., indica/sativa/hybrid, THC/CBD balance, daytime/nighttime use).

  • Provide a one-line description for each group.

3. Product Highlights

  • For each SKU or core product:

    • Include the product name or type

    • Key ingredients or format (e.g., rosin gummy, infused pre-roll, vape)

    • The main benefit or target consumer

4. When to Recommend Each Product

  • Add quick “if/then” style examples to help budtenders connect each product to a customer’s need.

5. Knowledge Check

  • A short interactive quiz (2–3 questions) reinforcing which product fits which need.

🎨 TEMPLATE: “Brand Story & Values” Course

Purpose

Build connection and understanding of a brand’s personality, mission, and values.

1. Brand Introduction

  • Open with the brand name, tagline, and a short statement of what makes it unique.

  • Establish tone and identity (premium, approachable, wellness-driven, playful, etc.).

2. Origin Story

  • Brief, compelling summary of how the brand started and why.

  • Highlight any founder motivation or purpose behind the products.

  • Optional: tie each value to how it shows up in products or practices.

4. Product Alignment
